Stay Terms

All short-term stays are managed through approved booking platforms (e.g. Airbnb) or Vaseo Elegance’s official booking channels.

Guests must complete the booking and payment process on the platform to confirm their stay. Platform rules and policies (such as Airbnb’s terms) apply in addition to these house rules.

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Self check-in details will be shared before arrival.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract an extra fee.

Cancellation terms follow the policy selected at the time of booking (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Refunds (if applicable) will be handled according to the booking platform’s rules. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

• The maximum number of guests per unit must not be exceeded.
• Only guests listed on the booking are allowed on the property.
• Visitors, parties, or events are not permitted without prior written approval.

• Quiet hours must be observed, especially during evenings and nights.
• Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Guests must respect neighbors and the residential nature of the property.

• No smoking inside the units.
• Pets are not allowed unless clearly stated in the listing.
• Any illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Guests are responsible for keeping the unit clean and in good condition. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be charged through the booking platform. Please report any issues immediately to management.

• A standard cleaning fee may apply per stay.
• Daily housekeeping is not included unless stated.
• Guests are expected to leave the unit in a reasonably tidy condition.

Use of amenities (pool, gym, parking, common areas) is subject to house rules and operating hours. Misuse of amenities may result in restricted access.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
• Vaseo Elegance is not liable for loss, theft, or injury caused by guest negligence.

Management reserves the right to refuse a booking or end a stay if rules are violated. No refunds will be issued in cases of serious rule violations.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the project grows. The latest version will always be available on the website or booking platform.
